Coffee however is a better choice for long-lasting energy levels, and you don't have to add to your calorie count for the day when you drink it.
Even though they claim to be sugar-free, energy drinks can contain artificial sweeteners. However, you can still make your coffee sweet or low in calories. You can substitute cream for almond milk and substitute all-natural sugar. This is a major blow to those who drink energy drinks in the coffee vs.energy drinks debate.
